Services

Lax

De-stress and unwind during this full-body massage with customized pressure. This massage will soothe your body and stimulate mind and body nerve pathways by transporting you to a mind-body transcendence, bringing awareness to muscle space and stimulating a tranquil state of relaxation.

Trigger Focused

For aches, pain, and injuries your therapist will assess your body's areas of tightness and muscle tension and target the specific muscles, or trigger points, that are causing the most discomfort or pain.

A.I.S.

Active Isolated Stretching (AIS) is one of the methods of stretching most used by today's athletes, massage therapists, personal/athletic trainers, and professionals. AIS allows the body to repair itself and also to prepare for daily activity. The AIS technique involves the method of holding each stretch for only 2-3 seconds. This method of stretching is also known to work with the body's natural physiological makeup to improve circulation and increase the elasticity of muscle joints and fascia.

Deep Swedish

Deep Swedish is one of our most commonly offered massage techniques. This technique aims to promote relaxation by releasing muscle tension with more traction on the skin surface. Swedish massage is gentler than Deep Swedish massage, so a notable pressure difference is felt in this type of service.

Massage with Cupping

(only offered for sessions 90 min or longer)

Massage with cupping begins with a Lax full body massage and concludes with 30 min for applying cups to the area of concern. This type of work is popular with athletes and uses Eastern methodology in the placement of the body cups.*

*Cupping will leave markings/bruising on the surface of the skin and may result in tenderness of the skin surface.

Deep Tissue

Deep tissue massage is a massage technique that is mainly used to treat musculoskeletal issues, such as strains and sports injuries. It involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues.
